On the Bandstand
Emma Purshouse (former Poet Laureate of the City of Wolverhampton) and Dave Pitt (playwright and performance poet) who together comprise two-thirds of the Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists, will be hosting six hours of spoken and sung performances on the bandstand; there will be former Walsall’s Poet Laureate Ian Henery and honoured guests; and live music from local acts including Not Quite Dead Yet with their unique brand of ukulele-based entertainment to round off the afternoon.
